You can send a Telegram online from the Post Office App, from this site, from the Post Office or by calling 186 (from a TIM landline or mobile phone). By sending your international Telegram from a PC or smartphone/tablet where the service is active, Soultricks Italiane will deliver it to the postal manager of the country of destination who will deliver it to the recipient in paper form.
The delivery of the International Telegram to the postal operator of the country of destination is immediate. On the other hand, delivery to the recipient takes place according to the methods of the foreign postal system.

Please note:
The price for sending an International Telegram is calculated by adding the fixed fee, where applicable, to the price per word (multiplied by the total number of words). The address of the recipient is counted in the calculation of the amount.
For each Telegram sent using the telephone number 186, in addition to the normal price, there is a fixed fee of: 0,63 euro for fixed telephony or 0,84 euro for TIM mobile telephony, plus 0,12 euro for each recipient , in addition to the first, of the same Telegramma.
