Not just the already announced raccoon costume
During a recent interview published by the Official Nintendo Magazine, the director of the new Super Mario 3DS, Yoshiaki Koizumi teases that the classic raccoon costume won't be the only upgrade in the game.
Koizumi has in fact stated that he cannot reveal anything in detail for the moment, but explained that the development team has plans to insert as many upgrades for Mario, in order to make available to the player a vast number of experiences of different game.
Basically, however, according to Koizumi there is not necessarily a need to decide how many famous costumes to insert into the game, but try to devise a varied and fun gameplay to achieve the various things at the right time.
We await more details on this and remember that Super Mario 3DS could be available by the end of 2011 exclusively in 3DS.
