Nintendo has announced that players who will log into the Pokémon bank between February 27th and November 30th they will be able to receive Special versions by Meganium, Typhlosion and Feraligatr. Each of them will be a level 50 and will have ahidden skill normally inaccessible.

Meganium, Typhlosion and Feraligatr are about to be released, all three with special abilities
London, February 5th 2015 - The Pokémon Company International and Nintendo have announced a fantastic opportunity for Pokémon Bank users: whoever uses the application between February 27th and November 30th will receive a special version of Pokémon from the Johto Meganium region, Typhlosion and Feraligatr.These are the starter Pokémon of Pokémon HeartGold Version and Pokémon SoulSilver Version in their final stage of evolution! The three Pokémon will be level 50 and will have a special ability that was not possible to obtain in those games.
Pokémon Bank is an application linked to an online service compatible with Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo 2DS console games Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, which allows players to deposit, store and manage their Pokémon in special online boxes.
Meganium will have the Leaf Mint special ability, which protects the Pokémon from status problems when the sunlight is intense or blinding. He will also know the Sun Day move, which will allow him to appropriately modify the weather conditions to take advantage of the effects of his special ability.
Typhlosion will have the special ability Flamefire, which protects against damage inflicted by Fire-type moves taken and increases the power of your own moves of the same type by 50%. He will also know the Flame, Flamethrower and Nitrocharge moves, thanks to which he will be able to make the most of the advantages of Fire Heart.
Feraligatr will have the special ability Forzabruta which, if on the one hand it eliminates the additional effects of the moves used by the Pokémon, on the other hand it increases its power by 30%. He will know three moves with additional effects that, thanks to the Forzabruta ability, will inflict even more devastating damage.
After logging into the Pokémon Bank, you will be able to receive these three Pokémon using the Pokémon Link feature in Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby, or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. For each Pokémon Bank account, it will only be possible to receive the gift once.
