New anti-piracy maneuver by Nintendo.
FreeShop it's a homebrew software to Nintendo 3DS which allows you to manage your digital software library allowing you to easily re-download already purchased content, through a small exploit, however, the app allows you to download from Nintendo eShop too games not regularly purchased.
Understandably, Nintendo immediately sent a legal letter to the author, asking to stop development and the FreeShop distribution: The Cruel, for its part, replied that its program is absolutely not illegal and that it cannot be responsible for the improper use of the application by users. At the moment, in any case, the software is no longer available due to a claim for copyright infringement of names and trademarks owned by Nintendo.
