The Throne of Swords, now it's up to the bottles of water

After the coffee it helps ...

The Throne of Swords has just ended, not everyone will be happy about how it did it, but now "the die is cast". If you have not already done so, we invite you to express your opinion in the survey published on our Facebook page.

This last season of Game of Thrones will not only be remembered for the numerous controversies and petitions, but also for a series of almost sensational oversights.

If you remember well, in fact, in the episode "The Last Starks" in front of Emilia Clarke aka Daenerys Targaryen stood a glass of the well-known American chain Starbucks.

Well, not even the last episode of the season was exempt from this kind of oversight. In fact, towards the end of the episode, at minute 46:19 (HBO Go and HBO Now) to be precise, a bottle of water appears under the legs of the fat Samwell Tarly, played by John Bradley.

Evidently good Sam could not resist the terrible heat of King's Landing.

However, fans have also noticed that in the same scene there is another intruder, again it is a bottle of water, this time placed between the legs of Ser Davos (the Onion Knight played by Liam Cunningham) and the good Gendry Baratheon, played by Joe Dempsie.

On Twitter, fans were enraged by the mistake, exclaiming their indignation at these trivial mistakes. In any case, Bernadette Caulfield, executive producer of the series, claimed after this umpteenth mistake that she was incredulous, as no one on the set noticed this.

Let's be honest, these kinds of mistakes, even on frustrating ones, do not ruin the experience offered by the video, if anything, there are other factors that have led the fans to be so angry.

There are many examples of oversights on the sets of even great films, just think of the Gladiator, how many remember the scene where Massimo Decimo Meridio was talking to his faithful steed and behind him you can easily see a man in jeans.

Despite numerous oversights, Ridley Scott's Gladiator remains a great film.

What do you think of these oversights? Did they affect the judgment of the show? Let us know in the comments.
