A useful tool for the less experienced of the series.
If you are among those who have seen and probably enjoyed the Netflix series of The Witcher but you have never read the books or even played video games, we are almost certain that you have been quite confused by the timeline of events.
This is because the various episodes see the presence of different flashbacks without any warning or transaction that allows you to really understand when you are in the present or in the past, generating an inevitable disorientation in the spectators who know practically nothing of the story of Geralt of Rivia.
To overcome this "problem", Netflix has decided to publish a beautiful and very useful interactive map that allows not only to better understand the narrative timeline, but also to discover other interesting details such as the age of Yennefer and Geralt, who have well 32 years of difference.
This timeline is divided into four colored "tracks" dedicated to Ciri, Yennefer, Geralt and the general plot, in order to make everything we have seen or will still have to see much clearer, also referring to the episodes in which the related events occur. .
Starting from the beginning we will be shown the Conjunction of the Spheres, while scrolling to the opposite end the map will disappear to make room for the phrase "Va'esse deireadh aep eigean, va'esse eigh faidh'ar", which in the ancient language of The Witcher it would mean "Something ends, something begins". Unfortunately, this something will not begin until next year when the second season is released, so you just have to wait and, in the meantime, study the timeline of the first eight episodes well.
