Ever since HBO announced that it would take care of the TV adaptation of Game of the year 2020, “The Last of Us“, rumors about possible actors, the plot, the game location have multiplied on the net.
Until now, however, very little information has been leaked on the show whose first scenes should be shot in March 2021, covid permitting.
So when we came across an elusive “The Last Of Us HBO Trailer” video, the stench of fake was evident. Out of curiosity, however, we viewed it and, we confess, not even for a second of the 2.32 minutes of duration of the video, we doubted that it could be an unofficial production.
The care in editing that denotes a professional work, the unmistakable soundtrack of Santaolalla, the locations damn similar to those of the two chapters, have brought us, even if only for a couple of minutes, back to that wonderful, how terrible and shocking playful experience that was The Last of Us.
This is why, in the awareness that it is an unofficial work, a fan made, we cannot not propose it again. But first, here's some information on the serial.
The official series will be directed by Craig Mazin former author of Cherynobl, while N of Naughty Dog will be present as co-writer and executive producer.
The TV show will be co-produced by HBO, Sony Pictures Television and PlayStation Productions and, as Mazin himself pointed out in a BBC interview focused on the serial Chernobyl, he will tell an unprecedented moment of the main story cut from the original games.
It will therefore be in continuity with the events narrated in the two videogame chapters, offering itself to a new audience without forgetting that of gamers.
Waiting to be able to enjoy the official one, enjoy the unofficial Trailer of The Last Of Us.
