Here are the new top of the range of the Korean house.
After months of indiscretions and rumors, Samsung has finally unveiled the new top of the range S9 e S9 +. No exaggerated revolution, the design remains almost the same as the predecessors S8 and S8 +. Same build quality, same materials, same Infinity Display Edge. However, the position of the fingerprint reader, moved under the camera, changes.
Both devices feature a SuperAMOLED screen QHD + with 2960 x 1440 pixels: from 5,8 "with 570ppi for S9, and from 6,2" with 529ppi on S9 Plus. Under the body there is a SoC Exynos 9810, made with a second generation 10nm production process. The octa core CPU compartment consists of 4 3GHz high-performance M2.7 cores, flanked by 4 other cores with a maximum frequency of 1.7GHz.
The camera is the feature that has undergone major revisions over previous models. We see for the first time on a top of the Android range a camera with variable opening. We can choose between f / 1.5, for shots in the presence of reduced light, e f / 2.4 for those instead of the day. The animoji in the style of Apple, which Samsung has decided to call AR Emoji and Super Slow Motion, with 960 fps at 720p.
Never like this year, the two new top of the range of the Korean house differ not only in size but also in some features. S9 + comes with well two rear cameras. The main camera is the same in the two models, but the Plus version features another one with 2x optical zoom without variable aperture and with fixed focal ratio at f / 2.4 and with 12 megapixel resolution. The RAM on the S9 is 6GB while it remains 4GB on the S9, the battery of the Plus model is 3500 mAh, compared to the S3000's 9 mAh.
The two devices can also boast an important audio sector. There are two stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos surround sound. 64GB base memory expandable with micro SD up to 400GB, Bixby improved to recognize objects in real time and the new application is present SmartThings which allows you to manage all connected IoT devices.

Galaxy S9 and S9 + will be available on March 16 in the colors Midnight Black, Coral Blue e Lilac Purple at the recommended price of € 899 for the standard variant and € 999 for the Plus variant.
For those who decide to book Samsung's new top of the range, in the period from February 25 to March 15 they will be able to access the Supervisory program. By returning your smartphone, you can have a contribution of up to € 450. But that's not all, if you buy the S9 and S9 + by March 7, you can receive it a week earlier than the official launch date.
