United by destiny, four heroes will embark on an extraordinary journey to recover the crystals that guarantee the balance between the natural elements of the world of Excillant. In this new adventure, players will take on the role of the Heroes of the Light and set out on an epic adventure, visiting enchanting places, meeting interesting characters and battling treacherous enemies.
To do this, they will have to make the most of the Brave and Default combat system, which allows you to spend your game turns in advance, and thus launch into a succession of attacks, or to adopt a defensive attitude and accumulate turns, up to a maximum of three, to be exploited later. The challenge will lie precisely in dosing attack and defense, adapting to the enemy's strategy: a system that adds a good dose of tactics and strategy to the entire experience.
By defeating certain enemies, the heroes will get asterisks, which will allow them to switch classes: by using the right combination, players will be able to turn the tide of battle in their favor. Some of the classes that can be acquired include the mighty Armored Infantryman, White Mage, Bard, Tamer, Gambler, and many more. Each has unique characteristics and abilities, which players can combine to create their ideal character.
To unlock them, just gain experience in battle that will allow you to increase both the class level and the experience level. The secret is to try them all! In between battles, players will also be able to indulge in B 'n' D, an exclusive strategic card game in the game.
