The independent developer Leonardo S. Batista is pleased to announce, today, the release on Steam of his game, titled The Help Desk.
It is an original “technical assistance simulator” in which the characters are represented as pawns in a boardgame. In the shoes of a technical assistant inside an office, the player will have to solve a number of technical problems within the time limit. In doing so, he will have to “avoid users” who, with their annoying and pressing requests, will make him waste precious time.
The game basically has two types of "problems to be solved". The first is the configuring settings, for which it is sufficient interact with a computer in a certain place. The "swap", on the other hand, provides the physical transport of a laptop from one point to another in the office. The game provides 10 levels, different for complexity of the map, number of problems to solve e time available.
Classified by Steam as a simulator of "large-scale strategy" and "time management", The Help Desk parodistically and with very simple graphics, the game environments in which the technician will operate, testing the player's ability to identify optimized routes and escape the "annoyances".
The Help Desk will be available for PC su Steam starting today, March 15.
