Did your child mistakenly purchase an app? Or have you downloaded an app that proved useless? If you don't know, you can ask for a refund at the Google Play Store.
Read the following lines and you will understand how to ask for a refund at the Google Play Store for Android apps.
If you have downloaded an app from the Google Play Store:
Within the first 15 minutes, you have to go to the Play Store with your smartphone and take yourself to thelist of downloaded apps (Apps> My Apps> All). Find the app you are interested in and stop on Refund, then follow the instructions.
Within 48 hours, you need to go to your PC browser and open the Google Play Store. Then you have to click ongear icon and then on my orders.
In the list that appears, search for the app you are interested in and click onicon with the three dots, Then Report a problem and in the next window select the item I would like to ask for a refund. Choose the item that appears in the list or enter a short description, then click on Send.
Attention this request is not valid for in-app purchases.
For refunds, you won't have to wait more than two days and you won't be able to request them too often. In this case, Google can reserve the right the right to refuse your refund.
The advice we can give you is to download one first Lite version of the app that interests you (if any) and then the complete one, thus avoiding wrong purchases.
