The publisher 505 Games announced today Puzzle Quest 3, a new chapter of the hugely popular puzzle-RPG franchise. This will be the first official release below 505 Games, after the recent acquisition of Infinity Plus Two. The Australian studio developed and created the acclaimed series Puzzle Quest, which generated over $ 200 million in revenue and has accumulated approx 32 million users globally with the franchise. The team is well on its way to publishing Puzzle Quest 3 as a title cross-platform free-to-play, the launch of which is expected within the year 2021.

Puzzle Quest 3: overview
Puzzle Quest 3 returns to its origins. And it does so by proposing again the deep RPG mechanics and the distinctive heroic storylines that made the original a hit in the Match-3 category. Now, with a twist on traditional puzzle gameplay, the third episode will offer a intense 1 on 1 battle system, made in a 3D game world. Set 500 years after the original Puzzle Quest, the game will transport players in a heroic journey through Etheria. The goal: to discover the meaning behind the words spoken by the ancient Red Dragon on the verge of death.
