Spider-Man: Miles Morales will not come up PC, despite the appearance of the disclaimer it seems to suggest the opposite. The news was spread by a user on Twitter who noticed the presence in the section “Explore Now"of PlayStation 5, what seems to allude to a possible arrival of the game on PC:

The disclaimer itself has an asterisk directly linked to the title “Playstation Console Exclusives“, Which could mean that it is much more likely to refer to the collection of games available.
Hence, several titles featured in this collection may not be available on other consoles for a limited time, and some of these may also be available on PC. To tell you the truth, the wording of the disclaimer appears to be a bit confusing.
In this regard, we can expect a possible response from Sony to deny the news.
